Linnet Rosebella Akoth Odhiambo (Also, referred to as Mrs Atidigah)
Secretary
Linnet is a professional company secretary serving several companies, and currently doubles
as the corporate secretary as well as the regular secretary to the KGA. Besides her statutory
responsibilities as the corporate secretary including registrations with statutory bodies as
required by law, reporting, effecting changes to governing documents and directors, etc., she
is responsible for the administration of the association. Her secretarial duties also include
management of new member on-boarding and the maintenance of an up-to-date membership
register.
She has been an active member of the Kenyan Association since its inception in 2019. She
strongly believes that the interest and welfare of Kenyans is of great importance especially
while being in a foreign land, and looks forward to consistently and relentlessly work and
push forward the goals of the association and interest of Kenyans in Ghana.
Responsibilities
1.Maintain an absolute register of membership of the Association.
2.Authors and records up to date minutes for all executive meetings, general meetings and
any other meetings within the Association.
3.Call meetings of all members in accordance to the prescribed calendar.
4.Prepares agenda for both general and executive committee meetings.
5.Act as general Administrator of the Association and keeps in custody all relevant
documents relating to the Association under key and lock.
